Hello!! Welcome to Paper Trendz... We are so glad you stopped by. Kerri started Paper Trendz in 2006. She had just been married the year before and fell in love with paper and the invitation process during her planning. She was sometimes frustrated at the stationery stores because she felt they rushed her and the experiences were not always personal. Kerri's mission was to find a way to mix a personal experience with cost effective products. Today, Paper Trendz is a home studio that strives to give you the best one on one PERSONAL experience you can have. Even though our inventory is found online, we answer each email within minutes, not hours and are always just a phone call away. Our goal is to make you, the customer, happy. Plain and simple.
Below you will find all of the ways to contact us, but because we are a home studio, we take appointments only for bridal, custom holiday and baby consultations. Everything else we offer is available online so feel free to browse and let us know if you have ANY questions or if you don't see what you are looking for and want us to find it!!

Shipping Information:
Paper Trendz will custom order anything you see on our site. Our in house processing times range from 3 business days to 5 business days for stationery and invitations. Our custom self inking stamps are 10 business days because they are processed at the vendor and mailed to you. Also our orders for TakeNote! Designs are 10 business days as well. Paper Trendz is not responsible for orders or order times for orders placed directly with any of our affilliates (currently TinyPrints, Fine Stationery and Wedding Paper Divas).
We ship mainly USPS Priority Mail. We find this to be the least expensive route from coast to coast. While the post office strives to meet the 2-3 business day delivery times(and that is mainly what we see), they can take up to 1-2 weeks for delivery. If you desire RUSH service for your order, please visit our Rush/Assembly/Addressing tab and choose it from the menu. Please remember that this only increases the IN-HOUSE proccessing time. Additional rush fees for shipping may apply. We will work very hard to accomodate any request.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We expect you'll be extremely satisfied with your Paper Trendz purchase so we stand behind all our products 100%. Products are accepted for return within 5 days of receipt (exchange or refund) and must be in brand new, saleable condition. To return a package, you must first contact Paper Trendz by phone or email and inform us of the problem. We will then instruct you on how to ship your item to us. All returns are shipped at the customer's expense. One return per customer for the same merchandise. Non-returnable items include all custom-printed invitations and stationery items; any sale or close-out product; and all perishable and food items.
Christmas holiday and related seasonal merchandise is non-returnable after Oct. 1; calendars are non-returnable after Jan. 20. Shipping charges are not refundable at any time.
In-house custom printing orders may be cancelled without penalty if a proof has not yet been created. If a proof has already been prepared before customer's decision to cancel, a $10 set-up fee will be charged for set-up work completed.
